Is this normal?

Ellie can dance on top of her toes. I know it's hard to tell from the picture, but she's not holding onto anything, and when Josh and I saw her do this, we thought it was pretty cool. She's not on her tip-toes, she is actually standing on her toes. Are we over-reacting? We thought it was interesting.
